TalkChief does **not** support:

- Automatic dialers&#x20;
- SMS messaging&#x20;
- SIP trunking&#x20;

We currently focus on providing a reliable **business phone system**.

## <font color="#1093fe">Which countries do we support for Caller IDs (DID numbers)?</font>

TalkChief provides **DID numbers for almost every country worldwide**.

Some countries require documents (e.g., company registration or ID) due to local regulations.
&#x20;If a number doesn’t appear when you search for it, it’s usually because of these rules.

No, your monthly fee covers the **user license and TalkChief platform features**.

Call costs and DID numbers are **usage-based**, so they vary each month.
To make calls, you simply **top up your balance** when needed.

No, we do not provide unlimited plans.

We support:
